Play Along Audio Files
Instructions to download the files.
Find the file below that matches the name of your book.
Right click the file and select, 'Save Target As' or, 'Save file as' depending on your computer's operating system.
In the 'Save As' window, select the folder on your computer hard drive that you want to send the file. You can click the 'down arrow' to the right of the name box for more options.
Click on 'Save' in the lower right-hand corner of the 'Save As' window. Your file will then start the download.
The length of time will depend on the speed of your Internet connection Once the file has downloaded, find it on your hard drive. A short cut that I like to use (Windows) is to hold down the Windows key (lower left of your keyboard between 'Alt' and 'Ctrl', then quickly tap the 'e' key one time. This will open Windows Explorer (My Computer) and you will be able to locate your file The files are zipped into a .rar package.
To open this .rar package, you will need a utility. A popular program is 7-zip. It is open source and a free download. If you are using a Mac, you will need software compatible with your OS. UnRarX is a free, open source program for the Mac With 7-zip installed (or UnRarX), double click on your file. The password to open the package will be on page three of your book. Select or create a new folder on your hard drive and EXTRACT the files. If you do not extract the files, you will prompted each time for the password when you want to play a file.
You can play these files in the media player of your choice. A popular choice is the VLC media player. It is open source and a free download. When the files are extracted to the folder you can play them back on your computer, or burn them to an audio CD-R, load them onto a portable device and so on.
